ConfigSnapshotErrorState
Describes the error state of a ConfigSnapshot object.
Indicates whether a ConfigSnapshot loaded its configuration data
successfully. Read the ConfigSnapshot.Error property (which defaults
to ConfigSnapshotErrorState.None) to check for errors before calling
ConfigSnapshot:GetValue().
