Used with UIDragDetector.UIDragSpeedAxisMapping to determine the
X/Y dimension dragging speeds.
Used with UIDragDetector.UIDragSpeedAxisMapping to determine the
X/Y dimension dragging speeds, based on the detector's
SelectionModeDragSpeed.
