Indicates why a AvatarEditorService:PromptCreateOutfit() call failed.
Indicates the reason a AvatarEditorService:PromptCreateOutfit() call
did not successfully create an outfit. The failure code is surfaced through
the AvatarEditorService.PromptCreateOutfitCompleted event alongside an
AvatarPromptResult.Failed result.
